Senior App Developer - AI Enablement

Our client is facing challenges in collaboration and delivery speed within their app team. With separate iOS and Android developments, there’s a need for an AI expert who can leverage synergies between platforms, improve workflows, and boost the team’s delivery capability.

The client has recently implemented a design system that has been well-received, yet work pace issues persist around discussions between the design and app teams. The goal is to inject someone who can drive efficiency and guide the team toward more effective methods of collaboration and app development.

The current team composition includes a Product Owner, a Tech Lead, three iOS developers, three Android developers, and one QA. This assignment invites you to engage with key stakeholders, including the manager and app team members, to explore and implement AI-driven changes that enhance productivity and working relationships.
