Senior COBOL Developer

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Senior COBOL Developer to contribute to their robust banking systems. You'll focus on refining clearing and settlement operations, leveraging your expertise in financial flows. This assignment requires proficiency with mainframe COBOL and associated technologies.

Your role involves working with DB2, IBM Filemanager, and z/OS to ensure seamless operation and optimization of complex banking processes. You'll troubleshoot using FaultAnalyzer, and manage changes through CMN Changeman. Additionally, you'll interact with messaging systems like MQ and oversee task scheduling via OPC Scheduler.

Familiarity with XML/PureXML and JCL is vital for success in this role. Experience with IMS is a plus. If you possess a deep understanding of banking systems and can effectively streamline payment processes, this opportunity is for you.
