Senior IT Analyst

You'll take the lead in driving requirements and analysis work, collaborating with business stakeholders and developers to design sustainable solutions. This involves eliciting both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring end-to-end traceability, and documenting these needs across the software delivery lifecycle.

Building a solid understanding of business processes alongside technical knowledge is key. You'll provide technical counseling for data architecture and proactively share your expertise across units. An interest in AI-driven analytics is a plus.

Our client believes you come with a strong background in IT business analysis within the banking industry, understanding credit risk domains and regulatory reporting. You'll have at least 10 years in IT projects with 5 in business analysis, expertise in SQL, Python, and Power BI, and experience working agile, ideally in SAFe environments.

Responsibilities include detailing IT solution requirements, aligning solutions with architects and business counterparts, analyzing and contributing to IT solution design, and documenting data flows. You'll collaborate in team ceremonies, ensure stakeholder alignment, and continuously seek personal and team improvements. Working proficiency in English is sufficient, Swedish is not required for this role.
