Senior Software Configuration Manager / DevOps Lead

Our client is embarking on a vital strategic initiative, the Accounting and Reporting Transformation (ART), aimed at consolidating accounting capabilities into a modern cloud-based solution. This assignment involves coordinating Configuration Management practices to ensure quality, traceability, and stability.

You'll be responsible for infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices across the ART organization. You'll lead and coordinate activities among multiple teams, building frameworks to manage changes, releases, and deployments effectively.

Your role will involve defining configuration baselines, versioning strategies, release pipelines, and deployment processes. You'll act as a crucial link between technology, project management, and business operations, ensuring adherence to documentation and procedures.

To thrive in this role, you must have extensive experience in Software Configuration Management, DevOps, and IT infrastructure. Expertise in tools like Ansible, Terraform, Git, Jenkins, and scripting languages such as Bash and Python is crucial.

Experience with complex integration environments and large transformation programs is essential, along with a strong technical background complemented by a Master’s degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency with Oracle ecosystems is a plus.
